The list was released by the China Economic System Reform Magazine under the guidance of the China Society of Economic System Reform. The selected case, titled "She County: Four-Dimensional Coordination of Land, Property, Population, and City to Address Modernization of County-Level Urban Areas," was the only entry from the region to be recognized.
