China Releases February 2026 Industry Standard Filing Report

The February 2026 Monthly Report on the Filing of Industry Standards in China (Total Issue No. 310) has been released. In February 2026, five departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Sport, and the Ministry of Transport, collectively published 98 new standards across five industries. A detailed list is provided in Appendix 1.

The filing statistics by department and industry are as follows: - Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chemical Industry (HG): 49 standards - General Administration of Sport, Sports (TY): 5 standards - Ministry of Transport, Transportation (JT): 41 standards - China Earthquake Administration, Seismology (DB): 1 standard - China Film Administration, Film (DY): 2 standards

Concurrently, four departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Customs, and the National Health Commission, abolished 83 standards across six industries. A detailed list is available in Appendix 2.

The abolition statistics by department and industry are as follows: - Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Machinery (JB): 51 standards - Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ferrous Metallurgy (YB): 3 standards - Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Nonferrous Metals (YS): 1 standard - General Administration of Customs, Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine (SN): 20 standards - National Health Commission, Health (WS): 4 standards - Civil Aviation Administration of China, Civil Aviation (MH): 4 standards

The report includes comprehensive lists for both newly filed and abolished standards, detailing information such as filing numbers, standard codes, standard names, replaced standard codes (where applicable), approval dates, and implementation dates. The responsible authorities for each standard are also specified.
