BEKE-W Executes Additional 0.53 Million-Share Buyback on NYSE, Lifting 2026 Repurchases to 39.24 Million Shares

Bulletin Express10-02

KE Holdings Inc. (BEKE-W) disclosed in its 2 October 2026 Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 530,817 Class A weighted-voting right (WVR) ordinary shares on 30 September 2026 via the New York Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices between USD 5.61 and USD 5.74, for a total consideration of USD 2.99 million. All shares acquired are designated for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

The transaction lifts total buybacks executed under the shareholder mandate approved on 12 June 2026 to 39.24 million shares, equivalent to 1.13 % of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 346.24 million shares, leaving a remaining capacity of approximately 307 million shares. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs through 30 October 2026.

Despite the active buyback programme, KE Holdings reported no change in its outstanding share capital during the period. As at 30 September 2026, the company maintained 3.30 billion Class A ordinary shares in issue, alongside 134.90 million Class B shares, for a total of 3.44 billion shares.

In addition to the most recent transaction, 48 separate buyback tranches between 22 May and 30 September 2026 remain uncancelled, aggregating 19.22 million shares across both the Hong Kong and New York stock exchanges. These repurchases were executed at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 36.08 to HKD 45.01 in Hong Kong and USD 5.35 to USD 6.11 in the United States.
