According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 30, Ping An Life Insurance increased its stake in Agricultural Bank of China (01288) by 47.474 million shares. The shares were acquired at a price of HK$6.1568 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately HK$292 million. Following this acquisition, Ping An Life Insurance's total shareholding in ABC has reached about 6.784 billion shares, representing a stake of 22.07%.
