Stock News10:40

Hong Kong-based pain management solutions provider Yucangnuo International Health Company Limited (referred to as "Yucangnuo International") has submitted an application for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a disclosure on August 31. The company has appointed Quest Stockbrokers Limited as its sole sponsor for the listing process.

Operating under the brand "Functional Regeneration Pain and Health Group," Yucangnuo International offers a comprehensive range of non-surgical, non-invasive, and non-pharmaceutical pain management therapies. The company's services are designed to deliver an all-in-one solution that combines pain relief, bruise removal and acid discharge, and functional strengthening for its clients. Currently, the group operates three large-scale service centers in Hong Kong, located in Times Square Causeway Bay, Harbour City Tsim Sha Tsui, and New Town Plaza Sha Tin, with each center boasting approximately 18,000 square feet of floor space.

As of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the group's client base expanded to 11,200 individuals. Additionally, the average annual spending per customer has risen consistently for three consecutive years, reaching approximately HK$60,000. In fiscal year 2026, the group generated revenue of roughly HK$370 million. According to the prospectus, the company's profit margins have experienced a decline over the past two years, attributed to the growing number of clients, expanded service center scale, and an increased workforce to support its business growth.

Where the journey began

With over 18 years of dedicated experience in pain management and health services, Yucangnuo International's "Functional Regeneration Pain and Health Group" brings a wealth of expertise to the industry. The group's pain management and functional enhancement services are primarily built upon its proprietary "RDS+" therapy, which is rooted in the principles of the traditional Chinese medicine meridian system.

The "RDS+" method, which stands for pain removal, bruise elimination and acid discharge, and functional strengthening, integrates various types of energy-based therapeutic devices. These devices are utilized to improve the body's Qi and blood circulation as well as overall physiological function. In its treatment protocols, the group employs a diverse array of energy therapy equipment to deliver targeted pain management and functional improvement services to its clientele.

As of July 31, 2026, the group has a team of 255 employees, including traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, functional strengthening consultants with physiotherapy-related qualifications, nutritionists, and professionally trained therapists.

Advancing with new energy-based therapeutic equipment

The prospectus also highlights the introduction of a new treatment device based on energy principles. This innovative instrument is designed to assist in the repair of soft tissues, including muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia; alleviate muscle stiffness; unblock meridians to promote the flow of Qi and blood; facilitate the body's detoxification processes; relax tightened joints; and enhance tissue elasticity.
