Agora, Inc. (API.US) reported its Q3 2025 financial results. The company posted revenue of $35.37 million, a 12.0% year-over-year increase. Net profit stood at $2.7 million, compared to a net loss of $24.2 million in the same period last year. Diluted earnings per ADS were $0.03, versus a loss of $0.26 per ADS in the prior-year quarter.
Revenue from Agora's China-focused business reached RMB 122.4 million, up 8.4% YoY, driven primarily by growth in social entertainment and IoT sectors. Meanwhile, its non-China market business, Agora, generated $18.2 million in revenue, a 15.9% YoY increase, fueled by business expansion and user growth in live commerce and other areas.
As of June 30, 2025, Agora's active customer base in China totaled 1,976, up 0.4% YoY, while its global Agora platform served 1,968 active customers, reflecting an 11.4% YoY growth. The company held $374.3 million in cash, cash equivalents, bank deposits, and financial products as of September 30, 2025.

The company forecasts Q4 2025 total revenue between $37 million and $38 million, representing 7.2% to 10.1% YoY growth.
