Sunrise from the East! Viewing Beautiful China Through the First Rays of Dawn

Deep News10-01

Today marks the 76th anniversary of the founding of New China on National Day. The first rays of morning sunlight penetrate through the clouds, casting their glow upon the magnificent mountains and rivers of our motherland. Let us face the rising sun and witness the splendid China bathed in dawn light.

In Fuyuan City, Heilongjiang Province, the dark blue sky gradually takes on a pale hue as water ripples create a vivid scene where river meets sky. In the early morning hours, the sun slowly emerges from the horizon, complementing the morning glow. On the square stands a giant three-dimensional seal-script character "East" topped with a golden globe, symbolizing the East that lifts up the sun.

The morning sun coats the surface of Tianjin's Haihe River with a layer of golden light. The Century Clock's hands gently tap against time, awakening the sleeping streets; morning exercisers burst with vitality, stepping to a healthy rhythm; trees and shrubs along the riverbank stretch their branches, creating an interesting contrast with the Haihe shoreline. Strolling along both sides of the Haihe River and feeling the unique charm of this river-sea confluence, one better understands the relaxation and happiness of Tianjin residents.

Mount Tai, a World Cultural and Natural Heritage site, displays autumn's colorful foliage. Before dawn, the sky gradually transitions from dark blue to orange-red, and in an instant, the red sun leaps forth like molten steel, scattering golden light as the sea of clouds simultaneously boils, with wave crests supporting the peaks. As the sun rises higher, light and warmth once again cover the earth.

At Meishan Port Area of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, a red sun rises from the East Sea while massive ships work busily. Large bridge cranes standing at the dock face the morning sun, waving their enormous arms and skillfully shuttling between ships and shore. Ningbo Zhoushan Port is China's important container ocean trunk port, with annual cargo throughput ranking first in the world for 16 consecutive years.

The morning glow gradually reddens the eastern sky as Fujian's Dongshan Bay waters shimmer with soft light. The red sun slowly rises from the sea level, seemingly coating the Zhangzhou Nuclear Power "Hualong One" reactor units with a golden morning dress. Currently, each "Hualong One" unit generates substantial clean electricity annually, supporting daily power needs while adding momentum to green development.
