XIAO NOODLES Buys Back 129,500 H-Shares; 18.55 Million Shares (2.61% of Issued) Now Await Cancellation

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (XIAO NOODLES) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 06 July 2026, detailing continued execution of its share-repurchase programme.

The company bought back 129,500 H-shares on 06 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 3.05 and HKD 3.47 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.42 million.

Since the current tranche of repurchases commenced on 03 February 2026, XIAO NOODLES has accumulated 18.55 million shares for cancellation that remain outstanding as at 06 July 2026. This volume equates to about 2.61% of the company’s issued share capital of 710.69 million shares. Transaction prices over the period ranged from HKD 3.06 to HKD 5.96 per share, indicating progressively lower buy-in levels in recent months.

The latest repurchase falls under the mandate approved by shareholders on 25 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 71.07 million shares. To date, 1.23 million shares (0.17% of issued shares) have been repurchased under this mandate.

Following the activities reported, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 710.69 million shares pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, XIAO NOODLES is subject to a 30-day moratorium—expiring on 05 August 2026—during which it may not issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval.
