Lin Chuili has been appointed as president of the Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences, while Sang Biao has been removed from the same position.

Zhou Limin has been appointed as president of Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd.

Ma Xuebo has been appointed as deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Wang Leiqi has been removed from the position of vice president of Shanghai Media Group.

Xiao Yeying has been appointed as chairman of Shanghai Performing Arts Co., Ltd.; Wang Leiqi has been appointed as president of Shanghai Performing Arts Co., Ltd.; and Feng Fang and Gu Haohao have been appointed as vice presidents of Shanghai Performing Arts Co., Ltd.

Liu Xiangmin has been appointed as executive deputy director of the Administrative Committee of the Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Zhang Tiezhu has been appointed as vice president of Shanghai Business School.
