The recent series of high-level meetings, including those of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and the State Council, have explicitly called for the enhanced planning and construction of several key infrastructure networks. These directives focus on the water network, the new-type power grid, the computing power network, the next-generation communication network, the urban underground pipeline network, and the logistics network. Collectively referred to as the "Six Networks," these areas have been elevated to a position of national strategic importance.
