UBOX Online repurchases 91,500 H shares; treasury stock rises to 8.90 million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) disclosed a share buy-back on 24 July 2026 under its existing repurchase mandate.

The company acquired 91,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.15 to HKD 2.22, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.18 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.20 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.01% to 937.61 million, while treasury shares increased to 8.90 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 946.51 million shares.

Since the mandate’s approval on 28 May 2026, UBOX Online has repurchased 8.90 million shares, utilising 0.94% of the 94.65 million shares authorised for buy-back. Under exchange rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 August 2026.
