ITC Properties names He Xuechu Executive Director and Joint Chairman; updates board and committee lineup

ITC Properties Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. He Xuechu as Executive Director and Joint Chairman of the Board, effective 15 July 2026. The 63-year-old veteran succeeds to a co-chair role alongside current Chairman Mr. Cheung Hon Kit, signalling a strengthened leadership structure.

Mr. He graduated from Anhui University of Finance and Economics in 1983 and brings more than three decades of corporate governance and financial management experience. His previous posts include Executive Director and Chairman at Geely Automobile Holdings (2002–2005) and Honbridge Holdings (2007–2024). Within ITC Properties, he will lead strategic planning and corporate positioning.

Remuneration and tenure: Mr. He will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$0.60 million. In line with company bye-laws, he will serve until the next annual general meeting, when he will be eligible for re-election, and will thereafter be subject to retirement by rotation at least once every three years.

Regulatory disclosures confirm that Mr. He holds no shares or underlying shares of ITC Properties and has no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.

Board and committee changes: Concurrent with his appointment, Mr. He joins the investment committee, the corporate governance committee, and the remuneration committee. The Board now comprises eight Executive Directors (including two Joint Chairmen and two Joint Vice Chairmen), one Non-executive Director, and four Independent Non-executive Directors.
