CHINA GRAPHITE (02237) has announced that the group expects to achieve a net profit after tax of no less than RMB 4 million for the full year of 2025. This compares to a net loss after tax of approximately RMB 12.5 million in 2024. The board of directors attributes the shift from a net loss to a net profit primarily to effective cost-control measures implemented by management, which led to a significant reduction in administrative expenses for the 2025 fiscal year. Additionally, improved collection of customer payments during the year resulted in a reversal of provisions for trade receivables.
