GREENLAND HK Reshuffles Nomination Committee: Ms. Wang Xuling Joins, Mr. Li Yongqiang Steps Down

Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (GREENLAND HK) announced a change in its Nomination Committee effective 28 August 2026. Executive Director Ms. Wang Xuling has been appointed as a committee member, replacing fellow Executive Director Mr. Li Yongqiang, who has stepped down from the role.

The Board extended congratulations to Ms. Wang on her new position and expressed appreciation to Mr. Li for his contributions to the committee’s work.

As of the announcement date, Greenland HK’s Board comprises six executive directors—Mr. Luo Weifeng (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Wang Weixian, Mr. Wu Zhengkui, Ms. Wang Xuling, Dr. Li Wei, and Mr. Li Yongqiang—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Kwan Kai Cheong, Mr. Fong Wo, Felix, JP, and Mr. Kwok Tun Ho Chester.
