Hong Kong Stocks in Focus: HENLIUS Surges Over 7% Afternoon as HLX43 Thymic Squamous Data and H-Antibody Lung Cancer Findings Set for Presentation

HENLIUS (02696) climbed more than 7% in afternoon trading, rising 7.64% to HK$59.9 with a turnover of HK$31.025 million.

On the news front, the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) is scheduled to take place from September 12 to 15 in Seoul, South Korea. HENLIUS will unveil several latest research findings from its innovative pipeline at this conference. These include Phase I study data on the PD-L1 ADC HLX43 in thymic squamous cell carcinoma, as well as seven sets of study data on the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody H-Antibody (汉斯状) in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, limited-stage small cell lung cancer, and pulmonary large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.

Additionally, HENLIUS has received approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for its clinical trial application of the self-developed innovative PD-L1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) injection HLX43, used in combination with bevacizumab, with or without chemotherapy, for the treatment of advanced/metastatic solid tumors. According to a concurrent announcement from Fosun Pharma, as of July 31, 2026, no similar combination therapy has been approved for marketing globally.
