SoftMedx Issues 16.30 Million New Shares in April, Expanding Outstanding Stock to 2.14 Billion

SoftMedx Healthcare Limited (SoftMedx) has filed a resubmitted monthly return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 30 April 2026, detailing an increase in its ordinary share capital.

The company allotted and issued 16.30 million ordinary shares on 1 April 2026, following shareholder approval on 30 March 2026. The issuance, classified as “scheme shares,” was completed at a nominal value of HKD 0.01 per share. No treasury shares were created, redeemed, or cancelled during the month.

As a result, SoftMedx’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) rose from 2.13 billion to 2.14 billion, closing the month at 2,142,338,669 shares. Treasury shares remained at zero.

SoftMedx confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent. The filing also shows no movements in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments during the period.
