Midea Group (00300.HK) Buys Back 0.79 Million A Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 71.61 Million

Midea Group Co., Ltd. disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 19 March 2026 that it repurchased 786,382 A shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the same day for its stock incentive and ownership schemes. The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 75.96 to RMB 76.50, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 76.29, bringing the total outlay to RMB 59.99 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares fell from 6,881.61 million to 6,880.82 million. Treasury shares increased to 71.61 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 6,952.43 million.

The latest repurchase represents 0.0114% of Midea Group’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the buyback.
