XINHUA WINSHARE to Shift Hong Kong H-Share Registrar to Tricor Investor Services on 19 August 2026

Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. announced that its H-share registrar in Hong Kong will be changed to Tricor Investor Services Limited with effect from 19 August 2026.

From that date, all applications for H-share transfer registration must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Telephone: (852) 2980 1333; Fax: (852) 2810 8185.

Any uncollected H-share certificates remaining at the current registrar after 4:30 p.m. on 18 August 2026 will be available for collection at Tricor Investor Services Limited from 19 August 2026 onwards.

The announcement was authorised by the Board of Xinhua Winshare, chaired by Mr. Zhou Qing, and dated 12 August 2026. The Board currently comprises three executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
