AustAsia Group: CEO Edgar Dowse Collins to Resign on 20 Apr 2026; COO Yang Ku Named Successor, Zhang Haicheng Promoted to COO

Hong Kong—20 Apr 2026—AustAsia Group Ltd. (AustAsia) announced a planned leadership transition aimed at ensuring management continuity.

Edgar Dowse Collins has tendered his resignation as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective at close of business on 20 Apr 2026. Collins has led the Group since 2009.

Effective 21 Apr 2026, current Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Yang Ku, 57, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer while retaining his board seat. Yang, who joined AustAsia in 2009 and became COO in 2015, brings more than 30 years of dairy-industry experience. His annual remuneration as CEO is set at RMB3.96 million, with eligibility for a performance-based variable bonus. Yang holds 4.21 million company shares, representing approximately 0.43 % of issued capital.

On the same date, Operation General Manager Zhang Haicheng will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to Yang.

Governance adjustments accompany the executive changes. Yang Ku will become chairman of the ESG Committee, while Non-executive Director Gao Lina joins the committee as a member. Independent Non-executive Director Li Shengli continues as a member.

The Board expressed gratitude to Collins for his service and confirmed that no disagreements or matters requiring further disclosure under Listing Rules were identified.
