携程为发错离职短信HR放假 回应:她很自责,让她放了一天假平复心情

Deep News01-12

Recently, a large number of employees at Trip.com Group received a text message sent in the company's name, titled "Notice of Termination." The message began with "Hello XX, thank you for your companionship along the way," and informed employees that they could log in to the internal communication software, trippal, using their mobile number, leading many recipients to mistakenly believe they had been "laid off."

On January 12, a staff member from Trip.com Group clarified that the actual situation was that an HR representative from a secondary department had made a mistake while sending the message; it was not intended for the entire company. The HR employee who sent the erroneous message was reportedly feeling very guilty and自责. To console her, the company gave her a day off to allow her to calm down and recover from the incident.
