Elon Musk reposted a video of his recent interview, shared by the "Tesla Silicon Valley Owners Club" on X, in which he remarked in a slightly teasing tone: "It feels like China is listening to everything I say, and they basically do it all. Or at the very least, they are acting independently; I'm not entirely sure. But they are definitely producing battery packs on a massive scale, and the output is truly staggering. They are also manufacturing electric vehicles in huge numbers and developing solar energy extensively. I don't know, these are all things I previously said we should be doing."

Musk responded to the post, stating: "China is an astonishing manufacturing powerhouse and is very clear that solar energy is the direction of the future. This is an undeniable fact!"
