COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. (stock code 01919 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and 601919 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange) released a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 21 November 2025. The total issued H shares of 2,879,819,500 and total issued A shares of 12,609,935,239 remained unchanged during the period under review. However, multiple share repurchases were disclosed.

For H shares, a series of repurchases from 31 October 2025 to 21 November 2025 remains pending cancellation. These include several batches of 3,000,000 shares repurchased on various dates, alongside smaller batches. On 21 November 2025 alone, 3,000,000 H shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong market at prices ranging from HKD 13.43 to HKD 13.63, for an aggregate price of approximately HKD 40.59 million.

For A shares, repurchases from 5 November 2025 to 21 November 2025 were also reported but not yet canceled as of 21 November 2025. On 21 November 2025, 10,310,700 A shares were repurchased on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices between RMB 14.95 and RMB 14.98, with the total repurchase amounting to around RMB 154.45 million.

The disclosed transactions reflect board-authorized buybacks, and no new issues of shares were reported. The announcement confirms that relevant compliance measures and regulations have been followed, and no changes to the overall number of issued shares were recorded as of the closing date.
