China Mobile Limited released unaudited customer metrics for the first quarter of 2026, detailing steady growth across all core business lines.
Mobile services • Total mobile customers reached 1.01 billion, after net additions of 3.76 million during the quarter. • 5G subscribers climbed to 668.00 million, representing roughly two-thirds of the total mobile base.
Broadband services • Integrated broadband customers—including household, enterprise and dedicated lines—rose to 333.12 million, supported by 3.90 million net additions in the period.
Cellular IoT • IoT card connections expanded to 1.50 billion, with 22.33 million new connections in the quarter.
Management reiterated that all figures are internal and unaudited, and advised investors to interpret the data prudently.
