Bulletin Express10-07

China Silver Technology Holdings Limited (China Silver Tech) filed a resubmitted Monthly Return for the period ended 31 January 2026, confirming that its capital structure and public float remained unchanged throughout the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 240.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.005 each, equivalent to HKD 1.20 billion. Issued shares were flat at 285.57 million, and the issuer continued to hold zero treasury shares, leaving total issued share capital unchanged.

China Silver Tech affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, ensuring sufficient shares are held by the market.

All 4.32 million outstanding options under the HKD 0.70 Share Option Scheme lapsed during the month, resulting in no new shares being issued and no treasury shares being transferred. The scheme now shows no outstanding exercisable options, while the maximum number of shares that could still be issued under future grants totals 10.87 million.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, redeemed, or converted, and there were no other share movements reported for the month.
