Xgimi Technology Co.,Ltd. (688696.SH) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 Employee Stock Ownership Plan, with a total participation of no more than 337 employees. The funding sources for the stock ownership plan include employees' own funds (including legal compensation and self-raised funds), the company's designated special reward fund, or other methods permitted by laws and regulations.

The fund scale of this stock ownership plan shall not exceed 181 million yuan, with "shares" as the subscription unit. Each share is priced at 1.00 yuan, with a maximum of 181 million shares. The minimum subscription for individual employees starts at 1 share (subscription amount of 1.00 yuan) and must be subscribed in integer multiples of 1 yuan. Among these, employees' own funds shall not exceed 88 million yuan, and the reward fund amount shall not exceed 93 million yuan, with specific amounts determined based on actual contribution.

The stock source for the ownership plan will be the company's repurchased shares in the special securities account for repurchase, acquired through block trading. Based on the company's closing stock price of 129.39 yuan per share on September 8, 2025, the employee stock ownership plan can hold approximately 1.3989 million shares, accounting for 2% of the company's current total share capital.
