Under the electronic dissemination arrangements, future corporate communications will be accessible on the company’s website and notifications regarding new publications will be sent to registered shareholders. Shareholders are encouraged to provide valid email addresses to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications and relevant corporate communications. Those who prefer printed versions can submit a request form, noting that such requests remain valid for one year unless otherwise revoked.

Shareholders who do not submit a completed request form or written objection by 30 December 2025 will be deemed to have consented to receiving electronic versions of future corporate communications, with an email or postal notification sent on publication.
