ASYMCHEM: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 7.82%

JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 289,500 H shares of ASYMCHEM (06821) off-exchange at an average of HKD 146.8013 per share on September 14, 2026, involving about HKD 42.50 million. The disposal was effected through a deemed decrease in the percentage level of interest in shares available for lending under the Securities and Futures (Equity Disclosure – Securities Borrowing and Lending) Rules, and was an off-exchange transaction (nature of consideration: cash) not matched on the SEHK open market, therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in ASYMCHEM was 2.47 million shares, representing 8.86%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 2.18 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.82%.
