Logan Group Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Updates Shareholder Communication Arrangements

Bulletin Express09-23 16:47

On 23 September 2026, Logan Group Company Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.logangroup.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The board, chaired by Mr. Kei Hoi Pang, strongly encourages shareholders to access the digital version.

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed materials will receive a hard copy with the current mailing. Those who face difficulties accessing the online report—or who prefer future corporate communications in print—can complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid envelope or via email at 3380-ecom@vistra.com.

Logan Group reminds shareholders that maintaining a valid email address with the registrar is essential for receiving electronic notifications of future publications. Until a functional email is provided, the company will dispatch notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form by post.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
