IGG Reports Annual Results with HK$5.8 Billion Profit and Steady Revenue of HK$55 Billion

IGG announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$5.497 billion, a decrease of 4.19% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was HK$580 million, remaining stable year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were HK$0.5102. The company declared a second interim dividend of HK$0.067 per ordinary share and a special dividend of HK$0.477 per ordinary share, totaling HK$0.544 per ordinary share.

In 2025, the group’s total revenue remained robust at approximately HK$5.5 billion. Despite a slight year-on-year fluctuation in revenue, the group successfully stabilized its annual profit at nearly HK$590 million through refined management and business structure optimization. Core business profit contributed approximately HK$570 million, while investment business profit accounted for about HK$20 million, demonstrating strong profitability and risk resilience.

Notably, the mid-core games Doomsday: Last Survivors and Viking Rise continued to gain momentum after more than three years of promotion, achieving record-high revenues. In 2025, Doomsday: Last Survivors and Viking Rise contributed approximately HK$1.14 billion and HK$720 million, respectively, representing year-on-year growth of 12% and 6%. Additionally, the APP business performed strongly, generating revenue of HK$1.06 billion. These three projects collectively accounted for 53% of the group’s revenue, driving diversified growth.

The group’s classic game, Lords Mobile, celebrated its tenth anniversary and remained a stable revenue contributor, generating HK$2.17 billion. In terms of regional revenue distribution, Asia, Europe, and North America accounted for 41%, 36%, and 19% of the group’s revenue, respectively.

Lords Mobile, recognized by Sensor Tower as an "Evergreen Game," continued to attract global players with its cross-platform, multilingual, and hybrid strategy-RPG-real-time competition features. Throughout the year, the game introduced a series of IP collaborations, including the Pacific Rim film series, the Angry Birds game, and original fantasy characters by Simone Legno, co-founder of tokidoki, injecting fresh energy into the product. As a cornerstone of the group’s business, Lords Mobile delivered HK$2.17 billion in revenue, providing a stable cash flow.

On the new game front, the group launched its highly anticipated strategy title Fate War in 2025, successfully opening a new growth trajectory. The game innovatively combined "simulation management + strategy competition" gameplay and received prominent recommendations from both Apple and Google upon its release, highlighting its exceptional quality. As of December 31, 2025, the game’s monthly gross transaction value exceeded HK$30 million, with approximately 4.7 million registered users and 1.2 million monthly active users.
