For the 10-month period ending October 31, 2025, the group's total contracted sales amounted to RMB3.218 billion, marking a 47.62% decrease compared to the same period last year. The total contracted construction area reached approximately 278,300 square meters, while the average selling price was RMB11,565 per square meter.
