YUEXIUTRANSPORT Sets 11 June 2026 SGM to Ratify 2027 Bank Deposits and Ancillary Services Agreement

Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (YUEXIUTRANSPORT) has issued a notice convening a Special General Meeting (SGM) for 11 June 2026 at 11:15 a.m. (or immediately after the company’s Annual General Meeting) at Plaza I-IV, Basement 3, Novotel Century Hong Kong, 238 Jaffe Road, Wanchai.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder approval to: 1. Approve, confirm and ratify the 2027 Bank Deposits and Ancillary Services Agreement together with the associated new annual caps as detailed in the circular dated 22 May 2026. 2. Authorise any one director to execute all documents and take all actions necessary to implement the agreement and its related transactions.

Key administrative arrangements include: • Record date and book closure: 8–11 June 2026 (both dates inclusive). Share transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 5 June 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting. • Proxy submission deadline: Completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, at least 48 hours before the meeting. • Voting method: All resolutions will be decided by poll. • Joint holders: Voting rights will be exercised by the first-named registered holder present.

The board currently comprises five executive directors—Liu Yan (Chairman), Yao Xiaosheng, Chen Jing, Cai Minghua and Pan Yongqiang—and four independent non-executive directors—Fung Ka Pun, Lau Hon Chuen Ambrose, Cheung Doi Shu and Peng Vincent Shen.
