Clarification on whether any upstream shareholders through Wuyuefeng Investment involve entities prohibited from shareholding under laws. 3. Business operations: (1) Detailed explanation of business model and large-scale AI model involvement in layman's terms, including completion of required filings; (2) Disclosure of subsidiaries' business scopes covering asset management, investment consulting, etc., and whether financial operations are actually conducted with proper licenses; (3) Confirmation of compliance with foreign investment restrictions under the 2024 Negative List. 4. Projected fundraising amounts pre/post greenshoe option exercise, calculation methodology, fund allocation between domestic/overseas projects, and relevant overseas investment approvals. 5. Disclosure of digital products (websites, apps, etc.), third-party content provision practices, user data collection scale, and pre/post-IPO data security measures.
