Lianlian DigiTech Buys Back 252,000 H Shares for HK$1.07 Million, Trimming Free Float by 0.06%

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (H-share; HKEX: 02598) repurchased 252,000 H shares on 17 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying a total of HK$1.07 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$4.13 to HK$4.42, implying a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$4.23 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 428.99 million, down 0.06% from 429.24 million on 16 July. The repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares, lifting the treasury-share balance to 39.97 million, while the total issued share capital remains unchanged at 468.96 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 5 June 2026, which authorises Lianlian DigiTech to repurchase up to 43.60 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 7.78 million shares, equivalent to 1.79% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Lianlian DigiTech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 16 August 2026.
