Ryka Unveils Windswift LX, Its Most Technologically Advanced Running Shoe for Women

Deep News06-30

Ryka, a brand dedicated to women's athletic footwear, has officially launched the Windswift LX, its most performance-advanced new running shoe for women to date. This model draws inspiration from trail running, offering lightweight cushioning and reliable support, designed to meet the diverse needs of female runners from daily training to outdoor activities.

As the only brand in the market focused exclusively on women's athletic shoes, Ryka designs all its footwear based on the unique female foot shape, muscle movement patterns, and body structure. The Windswift LX continues this brand philosophy, featuring a wider forefoot for enhanced stability, a narrower heel for a more snug and protective fit, and a finely tuned cushioning system adapted to women's weight and gait characteristics.

The Windswift LX is now available for purchase through the Ryka official website and retail channels. The launch of this shoe coincides with a period of ongoing portfolio expansion for its parent company, Caleres (NYSE: CAL). Caleres is a global footwear brand management company with nearly 150 years of history, whose portfolio includes well-known brands such as Famous Footwear, Sam Edelman, Allen Edmonds, Naturalizer, and Vionic, and which has completed the acquisition of the luxury footwear brand Stuart Weitzman. The introduction of the Windswift LX further enriches Ryka's product line in the women's high-performance running shoe category.
