BlackRock Increases ENN Energy Stake to 6.89% During Privatisation Process

On 7 April 2026, the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive disclosed transactions by BlackRock, Inc. involving ordinary shares of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. in connection with the company’s ongoing privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

On 6 April 2026, BlackRock executed two opposite-side trades on a U.S. exchange for discretionary investment clients: • Sold 1,096 shares at USD 63.70 each, leaving a post-sale balance of 77.34 million shares, representing 6.83 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital. • Purchased 698,270 shares at the same price of USD 63.70 each, lifting its total holding to 78.04 million shares, or 6.89 % of the company’s outstanding shares.

BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers due to its shareholding in the offeree company. All dealings were undertaken for the accounts of BlackRock’s discretionary investment clients.
