Yeahka Limited disclosed a share buy-back executed on 30 October 2026, purchasing 138,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for an aggregate HKD0.48 million. The transaction, conducted under the company’s 5 June 2026 general mandate authorising up to 46.08 million shares for repurchase, was priced between HKD3.37 and HKD3.53 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD3.46.
Following the move, Yeahka’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.03% to 459.03 million shares. Treasury shares rose to 3.13 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 462.16 million, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.
Cumulatively, Yeahka has repurchased 1.78 million shares, equivalent to 0.39% of the issued share base authorised for buy-back under the current mandate. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 29 November 2026.
