JD Logistics cancels 53.26 million repurchased shares, reducing share count by 0.80%

JD Logistics, Inc. (Hong Kong‐listed) reported via a Next Day Disclosure Return that, on 22 July 2026, it cancelled 53.26 million ordinary shares previously repurchased on the open market.

The cancellation trimmed the company’s issued share capital to 6.62 billion shares from 6.68 billion shares, a reduction of approximately 0.80%. No treasury shares remain on the register after the operation.

The 28 batches of shares were originally bought back between 15 May and 29 June 2026 at prices ranging from HK$11.52 to HK$14.27. Based on disclosed volumes and prices, the volume-weighted average repurchase price is estimated at HK$12.81 per share, implying a total cash outlay of about HK$682.57 million.

The disclosure was signed by Director Zhenhui Wang and filed in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.25A.
