TSUI WAH HLDG: Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 8.01%

On September 15, 2026, Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited bought 2.00 million shares of TSUI WAH HLDG on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 0.1943 per share, involving about HKD 388,600. The shares were purchased by BOOST TREASURE LIMITED as nominee of Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited, trustee of Tsui Wah Holdings Limited Share Award Scheme, representing an on-exchange active trade, i.e., a direct dealing in the secondary market.

Prior to the acquisition, Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited's long position in TSUI WAH HLDG was 111.05 million shares, representing 7.87%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 113.05 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 8.01%.
