BLACK SESAME (02533) announced that on November 18, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Black Sesame Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Zhichi Zhiyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. (Zhichi Zhiyuan).
The two parties will collaborate in several key areas, including: (i) Joint promotion of optical communication module applications in automotive and embodied intelligent terminal fields, co-developing optoelectronic co-packaging solutions for next-generation vehicle central computing platforms; (ii) Co-development of advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) domain controller products for passenger and commercial vehicles based on the group’s existing automotive-grade ADAS chips, covering L2 and higher-level scenarios to facilitate mass production with OEMs; (iii) Integration of the group’s chip technology with Zhichi Zhiyuan’s diversified industrial production capabilities to jointly develop AI-powered industrial robotics solutions for various manufacturing scenarios; (iv) Capital-level collaboration across automotive and embodied intelligent terminal ecosystems to enhance industrial applications.
This partnership will enable BLACK SESAME and Zhichi Zhiyuan to strengthen market share in L2+ ADAS while pioneering cutting-edge fields like embodied intelligence and next-gen vehicle optical communication. The collaboration aims to advance optical communication technology in ADAS and intelligent terminals, jointly developing optoelectronic co-packaging solutions to meet future demands for ultra-low latency and high-volume data transmission.
The agreement is expected to accelerate the commercialization of the group’s core technologies, unlocking new growth opportunities through forward-looking R&D with an optical communication leader. Both parties commit to building a future-oriented industrial ecosystem spanning ADAS vehicles and intelligent terminals, creating sustainable value for investors.
