RUSAL’s Series BO-001P-12 Exchange-Traded Bond Rating Withdrawn After Full Redemption

Bulletin Express03-26 21:45

Hong Kong-listed United Company RUSAL announced that Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has withdrawn the credit rating on the issuer’s Series BO-001P-12 exchange-traded bonds after the securities were fully redeemed on 25 March 2026.

The bonds—uncertificated, interest-bearing and non-convertible—were issued under the 001R programme with registration number 4-16677-A-001P-02E (ISIN: RU000A10B784). They previously carried an A+(RU) rating on ACRA’s national scale for the Russian Federation.

ACRA cited bond redemption as the sole reason for the withdrawal; no change was made to the issuer rating.

The disclosure fulfils Rule 13.10B of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and was simultaneously filed with Moscow Exchange and posted on RUSAL’s investor relations website.
