Tongda Group Releases 2026 Interim Report Online; Shareholders Invited to Opt for E-Communication

Bulletin Express09-03 06:22

Tongda Group Holdings Limited has published its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.tongda.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may receive future alerts by email rather than by postal notification. Written requests should be directed to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or emailed to 698-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Any standing request for printed materials automatically expires one year after its submission unless renewed or revoked earlier.

For further enquiries, shareholders can contact Union Registrars Limited at +852 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
