On November 5, Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (300959) announced that shareholder Wang Kun released 4 million pledged shares, accounting for 19.22% of his holdings and 4.98% of the company's total shares.
As of the announcement date, Wang Kun's cumulative pledged shares reached 12.45 million, representing 59.82% of his total holdings and 15.49% of the company's total shares.
In the first three quarters of 2025, Wuxi Online Offline Communication reported revenue of 470 million yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of 3.51 million yuan.
