Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Confirms 2025 Final Dividend at HK$0.664 per 10 H Shares; Record Date Set for 3 July 2026

Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited announced that shareholders approved a final dividend of RMB0.58 per 10 shares (tax inclusive) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 at the 22 May 2026 AGM.

Converted at the five-day average exchange rate of RMB1 = HK$1.1451, the payout translates to HK$0.66416 per 10 H shares. The dividend will be distributed on 22 July 2026 through Tricor Investor Services Limited, the appointed receiving agent in Hong Kong.

Tax withholding framework 1. Non-Mainland H-share investors: – 10% PRC withholding tax on dividends for non-resident enterprises. – 10% individual income tax applies to overseas resident individuals, subject to treaty benefits.

2. Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect investors: – Mainland individuals and investment funds: 20% individual income tax withheld; dividends paid in RMB. – Mainland corporate investors: no withholding; self-reporting of tax required.

3. Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect investors: – Identical tax treatment and RMB settlement timetable as the Shanghai Connect channel.
