BITFIRE GROUP (01611) has announced that Mr. Tsang Ho Pong has been appointed as the Company Secretary. Ms. Zhang Li has ceased to be one of the company's authorized representatives, and Mr. Tsang has been appointed as an authorized representative. Ms. Peng Sisi has tendered her resignation as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting legal process documents or notices under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622. Mr. Tsang has been appointed to this role as well. All changes will take effect from April 16, 2026.
