CMON Adds Board Depth with Hannah Szeto as Independent Director and Kai San Lau as Non-Executive Director

CMON Limited announced two senior board appointments effective 6 July 2026. Ms. Szeto Huen Sum Hannah joins as an independent non-executive director (INED), while Mr. Lau Kai San takes up a non-executive director (NED) post. Both appointments carry initial three-year terms with automatic renewal and are subject to customary retirement-by-rotation provisions under the company’s articles.

Ms. Szeto, 28, brings more than six years of equity-capital-markets experience. Currently vice president at Victory Securities Company Limited, she focuses on high-net-worth and institutional accounts, pre-IPO syndicate opportunities, and fundraising strategies for listed entities. Her annual director’s fee is set at HK$120,000.

Mr. Lau, 37, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (accountancy) from City University of Hong Kong and has been a Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants member since 2016. He serves as company secretary of Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited and has been an independent director of NASDAQ-listed 707 International Limited since June 2025. His annual fee at CMON is HK$240,000.

Both appointees confirmed no shareholdings in CMON, no relationships with existing directors or controlling shareholders, and no matters requiring additional shareholder attention under Listing Rule 13.51(2)(h)-(v). Their additions expand CMON’s board to nine directors: two executive, three non-executive, and four independent non-executive members.
