Honghua Group Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary Lee Mei Yi

Honghua Group Limited disclosed that Ms. Lee Mei Yi has stepped down from her role as joint company secretary, effective 26 June 2026, citing work-related arrangements.

The company confirmed that Ms. Lee has no disagreements with the board and that no matters arising from her resignation require attention from shareholders or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The board also expressed appreciation for her service.

Following Ms. Lee’s departure, Mr. He Bin—currently the other joint company secretary—will continue to discharge the company secretary’s duties.

As of the announcement date, Honghua Group’s board comprises three executive directors (Wang Xu, Zhu Hua, Yang Qiang), one non-executive director (Liu Hui), and three independent non-executive directors (Zhang Shiju, Li Yuedong, Wang Junren).
