FWD (01828) has announced that Mr. Martin ZINGG has been formally elected as a non-executive director of the company, effective upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on May 29, 2026. The board further announced that following this election, Mr. ZINGG has been appointed as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Risk Committee, with both appointments also taking effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
