DRINDA (02865) surged more than 7% in early trading, with gains reaching 6.83% by press time, trading at HK$17.04 and recording a turnover of HK$30.05 million. The company recently announced on an interactive platform that its Chuzhou base has successfully produced the first industrial TOPCon-perovskite tandem cell. Additionally, DRINDA provided a RMB 350 million credit guarantee for its subsidiary, Huaian Jietai.
Guozheng International noted that DRINDA's TOPCon production capacity stands at 44.4GW, with two major production bases in China—Chuzhou, Anhui, and Huaian, Jiangsu. The Chuzhou base is among the world's first to achieve mass production of TOPCon batteries. Both facilities feature highly efficient and intelligent automated production lines.
The company has demonstrated rapid capacity expansion capabilities, completing the construction of its Chuzhou and Huaian bases within 4-5 months. Existing production facilities also allow for technical upgrades to adapt to new technologies. Should TBC batteries enter mass production, DRINDA's current lines can be retrofitted for TBC production, enhancing investment returns.
