Shouhui Group releases updated board composition and committee leadership

Shouhui Group Limited disclosed a revised governance structure, detailing the composition of its nine-member Board and the distribution of committee responsibilities.

The Board now comprises: • Executive Directors (4): Yao Guang, Liwei Han, Li Liu and Jianting Li • Non-executive Directors (2): Byron Ye and Sirui Li • Independent Non-executive Directors (3): Gang Shen, Haiquan Wu and Yuanxin Zhang

Committee leadership and membership have been realigned as follows: • Audit Committee – Chaired by Yuanxin Zhang, with Gang Shen and Haiquan Wu as members. • Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Gang Shen, joined by Li Liu and Haiquan Wu. • Nomination Committee – Chaired by Yao Guang, with Gang Shen and Haiquan Wu serving as members.

The announcement, dated 11 May 2026 in Hong Kong, underscores Shouhui Group’s adherence to governance standards through a clear separation of executive, non-executive and independent non-executive oversight, and identifies independent directors in all three key committees to enhance board objectivity.
