小米集团公关部总经理王化就雷军今日卖出逾3亿股小米股份，通过其个人微博回应称：“雷军不再控制雷军基金会导致可统计份额降低，并非减持，这家基金会是一家具有公共性质的慈善机构，而雷军根据香港当地条例终止对基金会的控制”。据小米集团7月16日发布的一则公告，雷军将总计约6.16亿B类小米集团股份，捐赠给了小米基金会和雷军基金会，两家基金会各自获得3.08亿股份，这笔款项将用于公益项目。
